Week 1: Introduction

Hello, I am Edward Guadalupe, currently in my senior year pursuing a major in history at the University of Central Florida.

I am excited to start my internship at the Museum of Seminole County History this spring, My objective is to engage in the intricacies of archival work and collections management, wanting to gain insights into the operational dynamics of museums.

The overarching goal of this internship is to comprehend the processes involved in preserving historical artifacts and managing collections. Additionally, I am excited to understand how museums operate, understanding the collaborative efforts that contribute to the presentation and preservation of our collective heritage.
